Interior Lighting
All of the lighting that exists inside an enclosed room is basically considered to be indoor lighting. This refers to the lighting in your bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen, basement, garage, shed, etc. Indoor lighting can come from sources such as the sun, moon, candlelight, gas or oil, but the most common source is definitely electricity. You need to make sure you have adequate lighting indoors, especially at places of work, as your eyes and safety can be at risk without it. Excessive light can also cause problems as it can lead to glare and distorting reflections. You need to make sure your light is distributed properly for the purpose it serves. Interior lighting exists so you can see what you are doing, but it can also be very decorative. Many people use creative lighting techniques and furnishings when designing their rooms.
