Double Sinks
Double sinks are simply sinks with double basins instead of one single basin. Double sinks offer the convenience of one sink for preparation or washing dishes and another for rinsing or clean-up. Many double sinks come in one-and-a-half bowl configurations. This means that the second basin is a bit smaller then the first. This is ideal for smaller countertops. However, if you have plenty of counter space double sinks with two bowls of equal size and depth can be easily accommodated. Another popular option with double sinks is to use one sink for washing; while the other sink can be fitted with a garbage disposal.
